P90X Breaks Plateaus

Train 7 days a week for 90 days with 30-45 minute workouts for strength, endurance, and focus. Push hard on training days and balance intensity with active recovery each week. Every workout includes modifiers, so you can start where you are and build intensity as you get stronger.

Upper Body

Sculpt shoulders, back, chest, and arms with compound presses and pulls paired with explosive metabolic drills.

Lower Body

Build powerful glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves through unilateral strength, control, and lower body explosion.
