Autumn is your personal Pilates trainer, guiding you through 9 unique workouts that repeat over 4 weeks. Each 30-minute session focuses on an area of the body (full, upper core, and lower core), as well as other key fitness components, like stamina, cardiovascular health, and body awareness.

Track Pilates | Total Body: 1 & 2

This workout will challenge your muscles through their full range of motion, creating more strength, muscular balance, and coordination.

Track Pilates | Lower & Core: 1 & 2

Boost functionality and flexibility in this lower-body workout focused on glutes, hamstrings, quads, and core.

Track Pilates | Upper & Core: 1 & 2
